Overview
This website is operated by ZENTARA BRANDS LIMITED under the store name MARSTEN.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “MARSTEN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZENTARA BRANDS LIMITED.
MARSTEN provides this website, online store, products, content, customer-account features, tools, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the website and process transactions.
These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of the Services.
These Terms should be read together with our:
-
Any product-specific terms, instructions, warnings, or written conditions presented before purchase
These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product, submitting content, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or restricts any consumer right, product-safety obligation, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or restricted.

7. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order-confirmation message confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, verified, or dispatched.
An order is accepted when we:
-
Send a shipping confirmation; or
-
Otherwise expressly confirm acceptance in writing
Before acceptance, we may review the order for:
-
Product availability
-
Payment authorization
-
Address accuracy
-
Fraud indicators
-
Identity or transaction verification
-
Shipping eligibility
-
Quantity or resale concerns
-
Pricing or listing errors
-
Legal or regulatory restrictions
We may accept, decline, hold, or cancel an order in whole or in part where reasonably necessary, including because of:
-
Product unavailability
-
Payment failure
-
An obvious pricing or listing error
-
Incomplete or inconsistent information
-
An undeliverable or restricted address
-
Suspected unauthorized payment
-
Fraud or security indicators
-
Unusual ordering activity
-
Quantity or resale concerns
-
Policy abuse
-
Technical or operational errors
-
Legal or regulatory requirements
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
We are not obligated to fulfill an order merely because payment authorization was approved or an automated confirmation was generated.
8. Customer Information and Order Responsibilities
You must provide complete and accurate:
-
Full name
-
Billing information
-
Shipping address
-
Email address
-
Telephone number
-
Payment information
-
Apartment, suite, unit, gate, floor, or access information
-
Other information reasonably required to process and deliver the order
You are responsible for reviewing this information before submitting the order.
You must ensure that:
-
The delivery address is accurate and accessible.
-
The recipient is authorized to receive the package.
-
The location is reasonably secure.
-
Building or delivery instructions are complete.
-
You monitor tracking and delivery communications.
-
You respond promptly to reasonable verification or carrier requests.
Contact us immediately if you identify an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address, product, quantity, or other order detail can be changed after the order has entered fulfillment.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Currency, Prices, and Taxes
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, all amounts displayed by MARSTEN are stated in United States dollars (USD).
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed in the order summary when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.
Applicable:
-
Shipping charges
-
Optional service charges
-
Discounts
-
Taxes
-
Other required fees
will be displayed before the order is submitted where required.
Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.
If a product is displayed with an obvious typographical, technical, or pricing error, we may:
-
Contact you with the corrected information
-
Cancel the affected product before fulfillment
-
Issue a refund if payment was already collected
We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement, except for a correction or charge required by law.
Your bank or payment provider may apply:
-
Currency-conversion rates
-
Foreign-transaction charges
-
Payment-account fees
-
Other charges determined independently by that provider
MARSTEN does not control or receive fees imposed independently by your financial institution.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may:
-
Be subject to separate conditions
-
Apply only to eligible products
-
Be limited by customer, account, address, or household
-
Be limited to one use
-
Require a minimum purchase
-
Exclude shipping or optional services
-
Expire at the stated time
-
Be withdrawn before an eligible order is submitted
-
Be unavailable in combination with another offer
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
-
Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
-
Promotions have no cash value.
-
Promotional balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
-
A free item must be returned when required by the Return and Refund Policy if the qualifying purchase is returned.
-
The disclosed or reasonable value of a missing promotional item may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
We may cancel or restrict a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, technical error, duplication, or abuse.
11. Payment Authorization
We accept the payment methods displayed as available during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent and confirm that:
-
You are the authorized payment-method holder or have the holder’s express permission.
-
The billing and payment information is accurate and complete.
-
The payment method is valid.
-
You authorize MARSTEN and its payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout.
-
You authorize reasonable transaction, address, identity, authentication, and fraud-prevention checks.
-
You agree to pay all charges associated with the order.
Payments may be:
-
Authorized immediately
-
Captured immediately
-
Temporarily reserved
-
Captured after verification
-
Declined or cancelled by the payment provider
A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge.
If an order is cancelled or declined, the time required for a pending authorization to disappear is determined by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
We do not control how quickly a financial institution releases a pending authorization.
Payment information is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. MARSTEN does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes through its ordinary business systems.
Additional payment terms are available in our Payment Policy.
12. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Verification
To protect customers, payment-account holders, and our business, orders may be screened using automated and manual fraud-prevention measures.
We may evaluate information including:
-
Billing and shipping addresses
-
Address-verification results
-
Payment-authentication results
-
Device and browser information
-
IP address
-
Email address
-
Telephone number
-
Order value
-
Order history
-
Payment attempts
-
Delivery destination
-
Fraud-risk indicators
-
Previous returns, refunds, disputes, or confirmed misuse
Where reasonably necessary, we may ask you to:
-
Confirm order information
-
Confirm billing or shipping information
-
Confirm payment authorization
-
Respond by email or telephone
-
Complete authentication through your bank
-
Provide limited identifying information
-
Use another verifiable payment method
Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, online-banking passwords, or digital-wallet passwords to MARSTEN.
Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in:
-
Processing delay
-
Order hold
-
Order restriction
-
Order cancellation
-
Refund to the original payment method
We may retain and disclose relevant transaction records to payment processors, banks, card networks, Shopify, carriers, professional advisers, regulators, or authorities where reasonably necessary to:
-
Verify payment authorization
-
Prevent or investigate fraud
-
Respond to a payment dispute
-
Comply with law
-
Protect legal rights
Personal information used for these purposes is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Shipping and Delivery
MARSTEN currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States, subject to the restrictions stated in our Shipping Policy.
Available shipping options, charges, handling periods, and estimated delivery periods are displayed through the website or checkout.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state in writing that a date is guaranteed.
Orders may be fulfilled through third-party:
-
Warehouses
-
Suppliers
-
Fulfillment partners
-
Shipping carriers
-
Local delivery partners
An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
Delivery may be affected by:
-
Carrier operations
-
Severe weather
-
Peak demand
-
Public holidays
-
Incorrect addresses
-
Building-access restrictions
-
Labor disruptions
-
Transportation interruptions
-
Product availability
-
Fraud or security verification
-
Events outside our reasonable control
If we cannot ship within the timeframe represented when the order was placed, we will provide the delay, consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
A carrier delay after dispatch does not automatically cancel the order.
Complete shipping terms are available in our Shipping Policy.
14. Tracking and Delivery Evidence
After dispatch, available tracking information will generally be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Tracking may require time to begin showing movement after a label is created or a package is transferred to a carrier.
Delivery may be documented using available records including:
-
Tracking status
-
Delivery date and time
-
Carrier scans
-
Delivery photographs
-
Signature confirmation
-
GPS or location information made available by the carrier
-
Address confirmation
-
Reception, mailroom, locker, or access-point records
-
Communications from the carrier or recipient
A carrier’s delivery confirmation is evidence that the package was delivered to the address or authorized delivery location associated with the order.
It does not prevent you from contacting us about a genuine delivery concern and does not eliminate any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Lost, Missing, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Contact us promptly if:
-
Tracking has not updated for an unusual period
-
A package appears lost in transit
-
Tracking states “delivered” but the package cannot be located
-
The package appears to have been delivered to an incorrect location
Before reporting a delivered package as missing, you should:
-
Check the delivery location and surrounding area.
-
Check with household members and neighbors.
-
Check with reception, mailroom, locker, or building-management personnel.
-
Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice.
-
Confirm that the shipping address provided with the order was correct.
-
Contact the carrier where requested.
We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate, including:
-
A signed non-receipt statement
-
Confirmation of the address
-
Completion of a carrier claim
-
Building-management confirmation
-
Available security-camera information
-
A police or incident report where theft or fraud is reasonably suspected
-
Limited identity verification
A confirmed-delivery claim is evaluated using the complete available evidence and does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
Knowingly providing false information concerning delivery, theft, payment authorization, identity, or order receipt is prohibited.
Additional terms are provided in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
16. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us at contact@marstenhome.com as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be changed or stopped.
A cancellation or modification may no longer be possible after an order:
-
Enters fulfillment
-
Is allocated to a warehouse
-
Is prepared or packed
-
Receives a shipping label
-
Is transferred to a carrier
A cancellation is effective only when confirmed by MARSTEN in writing.
If the order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund.
Nothing in this section limits rights that apply where an order cannot be shipped within the represented timeframe or where cancellation is otherwise required by law.
17. Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit
Returns, refunds, replacements, and store credit are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
MARSTEN provides a 90-calendar-day return-request period beginning on the date the carrier records the applicable product as delivered, subject to the complete eligibility conditions, exclusions, deadlines, and procedures in that policy.
Standard change-of-mind returns generally require that the product be:
-
Unused
-
Unassembled
-
Uninstalled
-
Unaltered
-
Complete
-
In original condition
-
Returned in original product packaging
-
Authorized before shipment
Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. Returned products may be inspected to verify:
-
Product identity
-
Serial number or identifying information
-
Condition
-
Completeness
-
Signs of use
-
Assembly or installation
-
Alteration
-
Contamination
-
Missing components
-
Compliance with return instructions
Standard eligible refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the return and inspection requirements have been satisfied.
Products that are used, opened, hygiene-sensitive, incomplete, damaged after delivery, or otherwise ineligible are not automatically entitled to a refund.
In limited circumstances, MARSTEN may voluntarily offer partial or full store credit as a discretionary goodwill resolution.
Store credit:
-
Is not guaranteed
-
Must be confirmed in writing
-
May be subject to written conditions
-
Has no cash value except where required by law
-
Cannot be combined with a duplicate refund, replacement, payment reversal, or chargeback recovery for the same product or loss
Complete terms are available in our Return and Refund Policy.
18. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products
Inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product:
-
Arrives damaged
-
Appears defective
-
Is materially different from the product ordered
-
Is missing a confirmed component
We may reasonably request:
-
Photographs or video
-
A description of the issue
-
Packaging photographs
-
A photograph of the shipping label
-
Serial, batch, barcode, or product-label information
-
Troubleshooting results
-
Return of the product for inspection
You agree to provide accurate information and reasonably cooperate with the assessment process.
Do not discard, repair, alter, dismantle, return, or dispose of the product, packaging, labels, or included components while the matter is under review unless instructed by MARSTEN.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a resolution may include:
-
Troubleshooting
-
Replacement parts
-
Replacement product
-
Return authorization
-
Partial refund accepted by the customer
-
Full refund
-
Store credit accepted by the customer
-
Another mutually agreed resolution
We may require the product to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
These provisions do not limit any non-waivable right or remedy applicable to a defective, unsafe, or materially misdescribed product.
19. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us about an order, delivery, product, return, or refund concern before opening a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a legitimate right through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, regulator, consumer-protection authority, or court.
However, you must not knowingly submit:
-
A false or misleading payment dispute
-
A claim that an authorized transaction was unauthorized
-
A non-receipt claim after receiving the order
-
A duplicate-refund claim
-
A claim that deliberately omits material delivery, replacement, return, refund, store-credit, or communication records
If a payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment provider with information relevant to the transaction, including:
-
Order confirmation
-
Checkout and payment records
-
Billing and shipping information
-
Fraud-screening results
-
Customer communications
-
Product-page records
-
Applicable policy records
-
Tracking and delivery evidence
-
Delivery photographs or signatures
-
Return and inspection records
-
Refund, replacement, or store-credit records
-
Relevant account or website activity where lawful
While the same funds are subject to an active chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or payment hold:
-
We may be technically or procedurally unable to issue a separate refund.
-
A pending refund or store credit may be paused.
-
The resolution may need to proceed through the payment provider’s dispute process.
-
Existing instructions concerning preservation or return of the merchandise may remain applicable.
Opening a dispute does not create a right to receive or retain more than one financial recovery for the same product or loss.
Duplicate recovery may include:
-
A merchant refund and successful chargeback
-
Store credit and a chargeback recovery for the same loss
-
A replacement and full refund
-
Reimbursements from multiple protection providers
-
Retaining both the merchandise and reversed payment where payment or return remains lawfully required
If duplicate reimbursement occurs, you must notify MARSTEN and reasonably cooperate in correcting it.
Where a dispute is resolved in MARSTEN’s favor, the original transaction remains payable and valid.
Where a dispute is resolved in the customer’s favor, further handling of the merchandise will be determined by:
-
Applicable law
-
The payment provider’s decision
-
The condition and location of the product
-
MARSTEN’s written instructions
We may restrict future purchases associated with confirmed fraud, abusive disputes, repeated policy misuse, or unpaid amounts, to the extent permitted by law.
20. Personal and Household Use
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, MARSTEN products are sold for personal and household use.
You may not purchase or use products for:
-
Unauthorized resale
-
Commercial distribution
-
Unlawful export
-
Reverse engineering
-
Counterfeiting
-
Fraudulent or deceptive conduct
-
Use contrary to product instructions
-
Use prohibited by applicable law
We may limit quantities, verify the purpose of an order, decline an order, or cancel a purchase that reasonably appears intended for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.

-
The review must still reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience.
